Important Notice:

Before logging a complaint about a company sending you spam SMS's, please ensure that the initial SMS has NOT been sent in by you or your phone, SPAM should be reported if you receive an SMS from a source where you did not opt in at all and simply receive anonymous sms's by a company. 

The last thing we want on this Wall of Shame is for people to list an sms where a service provider sends you an sms to remind you that your bill etc is outstanding....this is not classified as spam so be sure you know what you post, in the event of being unsure just pop us a "Contact Us" message with the content and we'll check it out. 

Howto Report SPAM 

User registration  

  1. Register as a new user at stopsms.co.za
  2. Confirm your mail account. ( Link to be sent to your mailbox )
  3. Click on the link and login to our website with your username and password (top right corner). ( Mailbox has now been verified )

Reporting

  1. When logged in you can now proceed to report a SPAM message.
  2. Visitors are not able to report SMS SPAM, only registered user are.
  3. SMS SPAM publishing is automated and will be available for review immediately after submission.
